Notify the MLS administrator
Contact the local MLS to report the death. The broker or office manager typically handles this notification.
Transfer active listings
All active MLS listings must be transferred to another licensed agent. The brokerage will coordinate the reassignment within the MLS system.
Cancel MLS subscription
Cancel the MLS subscription and any associated lockbox access. Stop recurring dues payments.
