Determine if cloud or self-hosted
Invoice Ninja can be cloud-hosted or self-hosted. If self-hosted, identify the server and ensure hosting payments continue. If cloud, log into invoiceninja.com.

Review outstanding invoices
Check the dashboard for unpaid invoices. Follow up on collections for amounts owed to the business.

Pause recurring invoices
Review and pause any recurring invoices if services are no longer being delivered. Document them first for records.

Export all data
Export clients, invoices, payments, expenses, and any other records. Use Settings → Import/Export to download everything in CSV or JSON format.
