Step-by-Step Guide

1

Check for Emergency Access

RoboForm has an Emergency Access feature that allows a trusted contact to request vault access. Check if this was configured.

2

Find the master password

Search physical locations for the master password. RoboForm cannot recover or reset the master password.

3

Check for shared folders

If the deceased shared any RoboForm folders with family members, those entries are still accessible in the recipient's account.

4

Contact RoboForm support

Contact RoboForm support with a death certificate for account-level assistance. They cannot decrypt the vault.
