Access the Entrata resident portal and update the payment method. Contact the leasing office if you cannot log in.
Contact property management
Notify the property management company with a death certificate. Request lease transfer or amendment to add an executor or surviving tenant.
Document lease end date
Record the lease expiration date and review any early termination clauses or move-out procedures.
