Cancel Oura membership
Log in to ouraring.com and cancel the monthly Oura membership subscription to stop recurring charges. Navigate to account settings to find the cancellation option.

Before closing the account, export all sleep, readiness, and activity data from the Oura app or web dashboard. Go to Settings and select data export.
Transfer or keep the ring
The Oura Ring hardware can be factory reset and transferred to a family member. The new user will need their own Oura account and membership.
