Claim FordPass Rewards points
Check the FordPass Rewards balance and redeem any available points before account closure.
Transfer account when vehicle is sold
Contact Ford support to transfer or deactivate the FordPass account once the vehicle title is transferred. Title transfer is a separate legal process.
