Step-by-Step Guide
Cancel subscription immediately
Log in and cancel any active premium subscription to stop recurring charges. Check the account email for billing confirmation.
Delete the account — not just the app
Deleting the app does NOT delete the account. Log in via web or app and go to account settings to permanently delete the account and all data.
Remove profile and photos for privacy
Before deleting, clear all photos, bio text, and linked social accounts. This protects the deceased's privacy even if deletion is delayed.
Contact platform support if needed
If you cannot access the account, contact platform support with a death certificate to request account deletion.
