1

Export Postgres database

Use pg_dump with the connection string from Settings → Database to export all tables and data. This is the most critical step.

2

Download Storage bucket files

Export all files from Supabase Storage buckets. Use the dashboard or supabase-js client to download everything.

3

Add organization members

Organization Settings → Members → Invite. Add a trusted person as Owner to maintain the project.

4

Pause or delete projects

Pause unused projects to stop charges (data preserved for 90 days) or delete entirely. Downgrade to free tier if one project suffices.
