Download site backups
Site Tools → Security → Backups → Create & Download. Download full backups of all hosted websites including files and databases.
Export databases
Site Tools → Site → MySQL → phpMyAdmin. Export each database separately as a SQL file for data preservation.
Transfer sites to another host
Use the SiteGround Migrator plugin (for WordPress) or manual backup to migrate sites to another hosting provider.
Cancel hosting or contact support
Cancel the hosting plan to stop charges. Contact SiteGround support for estate account procedures.
