If using Railway Postgres, MySQL, or Redis, export all data using the appropriate CLI tools with the connection string from the Railway dashboard.
Document all services
Note all deployed services, their GitHub repo connections, and environment variables. Railway projects can contain multiple linked services.
Add team members
Project Settings → Members. Add a trusted person to maintain deployed services.
Remove services or delete project
Remove individual services or delete entire projects to stop charges. Contact Railway support for account closure.
