Step-by-Step Guide
Export DNS records for all domains
For each domain, go to DNS → Export DNS File. Save these records as they are needed to recreate DNS at another provider.
Add a Super Administrator
Account → Members → Invite. Grant Super Administrator access to a trusted person so they can manage all domains and services.
Document Workers and Pages deployments
List all Cloudflare Workers, Pages projects, R2 buckets, and KV namespaces. Export Worker code and KV data.
Transfer domains if needed
If domains are registered through Cloudflare Registrar, initiate transfer to another registrar or ensure the new admin can manage them.

Contact Cloudflare support for estate account transfer procedures.

- List all domains managed in Cloudflare
- List all Workers and Pages projects
- Note any R2 buckets or KV namespaces
- Monthly bill amount and plan tiers per domain
