Export search indices
Use the Algolia dashboard or API to export all search indices. Dashboard → Indices → Export. This data is needed to migrate search to another provider.
Document API keys and applications
List all Application IDs, Admin API keys, and Search-Only API keys. Applications will lose search functionality without valid credentials.
Add team members
Settings → Team → Invite. Add a trusted person with Admin access to manage search indices and billing.
Downgrade or cancel plan
Downgrade to the free tier (10,000 records) or cancel. Contact Algolia support for estate account transfer.

- Application ID and API key locations

- Total records indexed
- List applications using Algolia search
