Log into ChatGPT and check GPT Builder. If any custom GPTs are monetized through the GPT Store, check the pending revenue balance.
Cancel active API keys immediately
Go to platform.openai.com → API keys. Revoke all active keys to prevent unauthorized charges. OpenAI API can run up significant bills if left active.
Document fine-tuned models
Fine-tuned models are valuable IP. Document model IDs, what training data was used, where it is stored, and the intended use case.
Check usage and credits
platform.openai.com → Account → Usage shows current balance and any prepaid credits that may be refundable. Contact OpenAI support for estate account closure.

- List custom GPTs with URLs and monthly users
- Note if any GPTs are monetized
- Note any fine-tuned model IDs
- Where API keys are stored (password manager)
