Contact Chime support to initiate the estate claim for Spending (checking) and Savings accounts. Provide a death certificate and estate documentation.
Resolve SpotMe overdraft
If SpotMe was used and the account has a negative balance, the overdraft amount needs to be resolved as part of the estate claim.
Cancel Credit Builder card if active
If a Chime Credit Builder card is active, cancel it and resolve any secured balance.
