Go to Settings > 23andMe Data and download the raw DNA data file before closing. This cannot be recovered later.
Withdraw from research participation
Under Settings > Research, withdraw consent for all research studies before account deletion.
Cancel subscription and close account
Cancel any 23andMe+ subscription, then request account deletion through settings.

- 23andMe account email
- Subscription status (23andMe+)
- Whether DNA data has been downloaded
- Research consent status
